Both modes, formulas, and worked examples
These are estimates from the values entered, not official progression thresholds. The reference below remains readable without JavaScript. Every example uses invented demonstration inputs, not a measured game account.
Power target mode
Use Current Power, Target Power, Power per action, and Actions per minute from one consistent setup.
Remaining Power = max(0, Target Power − Current Power)
Actions needed = ceil(Remaining Power ÷ Power per action)
Estimated minutes = Actions needed ÷ Actions per minute
If the target is already reached, the remaining Power, actions, and time are all zero. Otherwise, Power per action and Actions per minute must be greater than zero.
Worked example: a Power target
| Input or result | Demonstration value |
|---|---|
| Current Power | 10,000 |
| Target Power | 50,000 |
| Power per action | 20 |
| Actions per minute | 100 |
| Remaining Power | 40,000 |
| Actions needed | 2,000 |
| Estimated time | 20 minutes |
This assumes each action continues to add the entered amount and your action pace stays unchanged. The example is not a recommendation for a particular evolution or world.
Rebirth path mode
Compare two paths to the same target. For the rebirth path, the key input is Power when recovery ends, not necessarily Power immediately after the reset.
Recovery starts when you choose the reset and ends when the sustainable post-recovery rate begins. Include any time spent resetting, setting up, or building back to that pace. Any Power gained during this period is already part of Power when recovery ends.
Continue minutes = max(0, Target Power − Current Power) ÷ Current Power per minute
Rebirth minutes = Recovery minutes + (Target Power − Power when recovery ends) ÷ Power per minute after recovery
The rebirth formula gives an exact result within this simplified model only when the target is still above Power when recovery ends. Both rates are assumed to stay constant after their measurement points.
If the target has already been reached before choosing a path, no reset is needed for this target. If the rebirth target is reached during a nonzero recovery period, these inputs do not reveal the exact time it was first reached; no precise winner can be determined.
Worked example: continuing versus rebirth
| Input | Demonstration value |
|---|---|
| Current Power | 12,000 |
| Target Power | 100,000 |
| Current Power per minute | 2,000 |
| Recovery minutes | 6 |
| Power when recovery ends | 10,000 |
| Power per minute after recovery | 4,000 |
Continuing takes (100,000 − 12,000) ÷ 2,000 = 44 minutes.
The rebirth scenario takes 6 + (100,000 − 10,000) ÷ 4,000 = 28 minutes 30 seconds.
For these demonstration inputs, the rebirth scenario is 15 minutes 30 seconds shorter. The 10,000 Power gained by the end of recovery must not be counted as work still to do after recovery.
When the comparison is not reliable
A changing boost, setup, action pace, or progression rule can change the rate. Use a what-if scenario label for any input that has not been observed; a scenario is not a verified recommendation to reset an account.
